Today Jane Fonda is over seventy, but she looks really amazing! Jane thinks that we should begin to take care of our face and body the sooner – the better, starting from 23 – 25 years old. Here are some widely applied Jane’s advice from her book about skin care.
1st Say ‘No’ to diets. Jane Fonda believes, that strict diets with fast loss of weight, is a great stress for our skin. When a woman approaches 30, she should already know her optimal weight and simply keep up to it.
2nd Say ‘Yes’ to physical training. Medical researches show, that if a woman is keen on sport, her skin contains more collagen that makes it denser and prevents it from early wrinkles. That’s why every woman should do her morning exercise at least.
3d Drink as many water as possible to support purifying functions of the organism. Jane advises to drink 1,5 liter of pure water, adding lemon of grapefruit juice to it.
4th Say ‘No’ to active mimic. Your facial expression reflects your emotions. However try to control facial gestures when you are alone. There is no need for articulation and mimic when nobody sees you.
5th ‘Yes’ to skin cleansing procedures. Don’t forget to peel your skin, apply cleansing mask after it, recommends Jane Fonda . This will make your skin smooth and fresh.
6th ‘Yes’ to nourishing. After cleansing procedures, apply nourishing mask according to the type of your skin.
7th Say ‘Yes’ to dry massage, which stimulates blood circulation, remove necrotic сells, making your skin healthy and young. Jane Fonda advises to do it with natural nap brush.
